HELLO THERE!

I'm Mayssa Kennouche an illustrator, animal lover, and forever fan of colourful characters.
I'm 22, based in Algeria (yep, North Africa!), and when I’m not sketching stories, I’m probably geeking out over wildlife thanks to my vet background.

My journey started 4 years ago with graphic design, but I found my happy place in children’s books , blending bright visuals with heartfelt stories. Growing up, I rarely saw kids who looked like me in the books I read, so now I love drawing diverse characters and making sure every kid sees themselves on the page.

Whether it’s a dreamy fairytale, a story about your pet, or a joyful classroom of kids from everywhere, I’m here to bring it to life with a splash of colour and imagination.
